One mile

I ran a mile! ME! By myself! I RAN ONE MILE!

I know it does not seem impressive to many of you but you see...I have NEVER done that before...EVER...in my WHOLE LIFE! I am 39 years old and I just ran a mile without stopping even ONE TIME! I cannot tell you how proud of myself I am!!

Woohoo...go me!
