As it should be

Slowly but surely, things are getting back to the way they should be. The unpacking is, of course, going slowly, but everything else is going well. Today was a good day. The Girl spent most of the day with the little girl next door - one of the few friends who did not move away. The Boy also caught up with some old friends and, for a while, we had the girls upstairs playing and the boys out back...just like old times. It was so nice! We always used to be the house with all the kids and it's nice to be that again!

Tomorrow is The Girl's first day at her new gym. We're all pretty excited about that. I'll make sure to post about it. In the meantime, I'm going out front to sit on my porch with a vodka and tonic (we have no gin) and watch the deer again! I took some pictures but don't have the cords to hook up the camera yet so you'll have to wait on the pix!
